Residents need to be fully informed so that their opinion is based on all known information. Sean is committed to executing the role of Planning Board member with full transparency. Successful development requires communication, cooperation, and compromise.

A proponent of planning responsibly for the future of Milton. Any and all change should be vetted thoroughly with consideration for all results of proposed change both positive and negative.  Sean knows that there are many competing interests and is  committed to engaging the residents throughout the town to gain their input and incorporating the residents' interests into decisions as a Planning Board member.

Sean believes that change for the sake of change is not enough reason to implement those changes. Instead, decisions need to be evaluated for their impact on all residents of Milton. 

Future developments in Milton should be of a scale and architectural aesthetic that fits into the setting and does not disrupt the character of the respective area. 

Milton residents and taxpayers are the customers and as such our Milton Town Government works on their behalf.
