Sean has spent his entire 36 year career working in construction management in multiple roles starting as a union laborer. Currently, he serves as President of Construction Management and Builders Inc. (CM&B). The firm's focus and concentration is entirely within the commercial sector. His experience has been throughout New England and also New York, New Jersey, and Northern California. The company's headquarters is located in Beverly, Massachusetts with a second office in Manhattan. He has worked throughout his career with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to privately owned small businesses providing pre-construction and construction services to his clients.

Sean's industry experience has required him to become capable in solving complex problems related to development and construction requirements with many considerations. Most notably, constraints related to schedule, cost, jurisdictional, and program requirements. Sean has come to master the skills of communication, collaboration, and cooperation combined with industry knowledge to overcome challenges encountered. This has allowed him to excel in this field over the past three and a half decades.

Sean's 36 years of industry experience in construction management working as a leader responsible for over 100 team members across multiple states, with clients including national brands and national developers, as well as interacting with union and government officials, qualifies him to be an effective servant for the residents of the Town of Milton in the role of Planning Board member.
